Product Information

The annular cutter, also known as the ring hole cutter, is a material- and energy-saving, high-efficiency, high-quality tool for deep-hole machining, with a production efficiency more than ten times that of conventional drill bits. Therefore, for holes with diameters greater than 50 mm, it is best to use an annular cutter. Annular cutters are particularly suitable for the following applications:
(1) High requirements are imposed on the straightness and positional accuracy of holes, particularly for holes with diameters exceeding 50 mm.
(2) For deep holes with an aspect ratio between 1 and 75, using a gun drill is more economical.
(3) When the workpiece material is expensive or when core material requires measurement and chemical analysis, the entire core portion of the remaining stock must be retained.
(4) Insufficient machine tool capacity necessitates drilling larger-diameter holes. Main specifications: 50–600 mm (each specification requires a dedicated tool holder).
