The TGK series CNC scraper burnishing machine is a new-generation model developed by our company. This machine tool can perform scraper burnishing on workpieces using either pneumatic or hydraulic scraper burnishing tools. Its key features include high machining efficiency, stable performance, an intelligent and user-friendly CNC operating system, a sleek, unified, and neatly organized exterior design, as well as advanced environmental protection measures that effectively prevent oil splashing and leakage.


Product Information

The TGK series CNC scraper burnishing machine is a new-generation model developed by our company. This machine tool can perform scraper burnishing on workpieces using either pneumatic or hydraulic scraper burnishing tools. Its key features include high machining efficiency, stable performance, an intelligent and user-friendly CNC operating system, a sleek, unified, and neatly organized exterior, as well as advanced environmental protection measures that effectively prevent oil splatter and leakage.

The equipment employs a combined scraping-and-rolling machining process, effectively addressing the severe runout issues in deep-hole finishing of hot-rolled steel tubes and the poor straightness of deep holes after cold-drawn steel tube finishing—key challenges that have long plagued deep-hole machining both domestically and internationally. It is primarily used for the combined boring-and-rolling processing of deep holes in hydraulic cylinder barrels. Following rapid scraping and rolling, dimensional accuracy can reach IT7–8, with surface roughness as low as Ra 0.1–0.4 μm. The machining efficiency is ten times that of the conventional sequence of rough boring, semi-finish boring, floating boring, and rolling, and twenty times that of standard honing machines. This machine tool is equipped with an automatic tool-expansion/contraction control module and features dedicated Korean pneumatic and German hydraulic tool-expansion/withdrawal systems, capable of handling workpieces with a machining allowance of 0.2–2 mm in diameter.

The machining method of this machine tool is as follows: the workpiece is fixed, while the cutting tool rotates and performs feed motion via the feed drive system.

The TGK series machine tools are equipped with the German SIEMENS 808D CNC system. The spindle headstock is driven by an AC spindle servo motor with stepless speed regulation, and the spindle bearings are high-precision bearings, ensuring excellent rotational accuracy. The feed box is also driven by an AC servo motor with stepless speed regulation. The machine bed is cast from high-quality gray iron, and the dual flat guideways guarantee overall rigidity and superior guiding performance, while protective guards are installed on all sides. The machine is fitted with an automatic chip conveyor, a magnetic separator, and paper filters, ensuring thorough cleaning, recovery, and reuse of the coolant. The filtration accuracy can reach 20 μm.
