Product Information

This series employs gun-drilling machining (external chip evacuation), with the tool rotating and feeding while the workpiece is fixed on the machine table, which can move vertically and horizontally. It is equipped with either imported or domestically produced CNC systems featuring both manual and automatic cycle modes, as well as three servo axes—X, Y, and Z—driven by servo motors that power ball screws to achieve axis motion. Both spindle speed and feed rate are continuously variable. The maximum hole diameters available are 20 mm, 30 mm, and 40 mm. The machine is capable of drilling through-holes, blind holes, and stepped holes, making it widely used for deep-hole machining of small-diameter holes in components for the automotive and motorcycle industries, mold manufacturing, the defense industry, the aerospace industry, and other sectors.
