Product Information

This machine tool is a highly efficient, high-precision, and highly automated specialized deep-hole drilling machine. For drilling diameters of Φ8–30 mm, it employs external chip evacuation (gun-drilling), enabling single-pass continuous drilling that achieves machining accuracy and surface finish comparable to those obtained through conventional sequential operations of drilling, reaming, and broaching. For drilling diameters of Φ30–50 mm, it uses internal chip evacuation (BTA).
This machine tool is a single-axis CNC deep-hole drilling machine in which the workpiece and the cutting tool both rotate, with the cutting tool also performing feed motion; alternatively, the workpiece can be held stationary while the cutting tool rotates and feeds. The machine is equipped with a digital control system that provides not only manual operation but also automatic cycle functions. It is capable of machining center holes as well as eccentric holes.
Therefore, it is well suited for small-batch machining and particularly ideal for meeting the demands of high-volume production. It can perform both through-hole drilling and the machining of blind holes or stepped holes.
