Product Information

The ZK series machine tool is a highly efficient, high-precision, and highly automated specialized deep-hole drilling machine that employs external chip evacuation (gun-drilling) technology. With a single continuous drilling operation, it can achieve machining accuracy and surface finish that would normally require separate drilling, reaming, and broaching processes. This machine tool is equipped with a digital control system, offering not only manual single-cycle operation but also automatic cycle functionality. To further enhance machining efficiency, the model is available with either a two-spindle or four-spindle power head configuration. Consequently, the machine is well suited for both small-batch and high-volume production applications. It can drill through-holes as well as blind holes and stepped holes, and, when used with dedicated fixtures, it can also machine eccentric holes and inclined oil holes.
