Product Information

This deep-hole machining center is a standardized product developed by our company through long-term manufacturing experience, tailored to the actual needs of users and incorporating state-of-the-art optimization design methodologies. It is equipped with advanced functional components sourced both domestically and internationally, integrating modern mechanical design, electrical automatic control, and hydraulic control into a single, fully integrated system. The machine tool features practical structural performance, long service life, high efficiency, strong rigidity, stable and reliable operation, and user-friendly handling.
During machining, the workpiece is mounted on a T-slot worktable and held stationary, while the cutting tool rotates and feeds. BTA internal chip evacuation is employed for drilling operations; furthermore, nesting machining can be performed using an internal chip evacuation process, which requires dedicated nesting tools, tool holders, and specialized fixtures.
It can also perform boring operations on large motor housings, with the boring tool capable of axial (Z-axis) and radial (X-axis) movement. The tool entry and exit ends are each supported by a boring bar holder, enabling internal bore and end-face machining through a double-support boring-bar configuration.
This machine tool is specifically designed for deep-hole machining and can perform drilling, reaming, and boring operations on large-diameter, heavy-duty workpieces. It is capable of machining through-holes, stepped holes, blind holes, as well as boring the end faces of workpieces.
Main types of machined components: specialized equipment for high-precision hole and end-face machining of non-rotating workpieces, including solid-drilling of forged steel billets in steel mills, machining of complex-shaped holes in nuclear-power components, machining of large motor housing holes and end faces with strict perpendicularity requirements, internal-hole and end-face machining of military launchers, and machining of custom-shaped cylinders and hydraulic cylinders for aircraft carriers. This equipment has received full recognition and high praise from the aforementioned user organizations.
The machine tool consists of the feed bed assembly, workpiece fixture table, oil supply unit, drill rod support, drill rod housing, feed carriage, feed mechanism, electrical control system, cooling system, hydraulic system, and control panel. The machine bed, serving as the foundational component of the machine tool, is securely mounted on the floor.
