Product Information
Compared with conventional guide-bolt-type rough boring heads, it has the following characteristics:
1. Utilizes ball-bearing guidance with multi-point circumferential support, ensuring stable guiding performance.
2. The ball guide maintains point contact with the inner wall of the workpiece, resulting in low friction and long service life for the guide balls, while eliminating the frequent replacement of guide keys required with conventional key-type boring heads.
3. The machining efficiency of the new ball-bearing-guided rough boring head is approximately twice that of a conventional guide-key boring head.
4. For all specifications of ball-bore reamers within the 5 mm size range, the dimensions can be adjusted arbitrarily without the need to replace any components, making operation convenient and time-saving.
5. The ball bearings used are standard-grade, offering affordability, easy availability, and low operating costs.
The new ball-bore reamer has undergone repeated testing in our company’s tool laboratory and demonstrates stable performance.
It has received positive feedback from multiple users after trial use.
