T2250/TK2250/T2150/TK2150 Heavy-Duty Deep-Hole Drilling and Boring Machine
This machine tool is primarily designed for machining cylindrical deep-hole workpieces, employing a rotating cutting tool and tool holder that also performs feed motion. It can perform operations such as boring, reaming, and roll-forming on internal bores. Equipped with a CNC system, the machine can process not only through-holes but also stepped holes and blind holes.
Product Information
This machine tool is primarily designed for machining cylindrical deep-hole workpieces, employing a deep-hole machining process in which the cutting tool and tool holder rotate while simultaneously advancing. The machine can perform operations such as boring, reaming, and roll-pressing of internal holes. Equipped with a CNC system, it is capable of machining not only through-holes but also stepped holes and blind holes. The spindle of the headstock on the T2150 deep-hole boring machine is driven by a high-power DC motor, with gear-based high- and low-speed shifting and stepless speed regulation within each gear range. During machining, the workpiece rotates while the cutting tool advances to perform the cutting operation; cutting fluid is delivered to the cutting zone via an oil distributor or through the tail end of the boring bar, providing cooling and lubrication while simultaneously flushing away chips.
The machine tool is equipped at the headstock with either a four-jaw or three-jaw chuck, employing an oil-supply servo mechanism to apply clamping force to the workpiece. The oil-supply unit can be moved and positioned along the machine bed while maintaining a constant clamping force; its movement and clamping are driven by AC servo motors, ensuring stable and reliable performance. Clamping of the oil-supply unit to the machine bed is achieved via a hydraulic system, providing high stability and excellent positioning accuracy. The oil-supply unit adopts a spindle-type structure, significantly enhancing its load-bearing capacity and improving rotational accuracy. Tool feed is implemented using an AC servo drive system, enabling stepless speed regulation.
The machine tool bed is made of high-quality cast iron, ensuring exceptional rigidity; the guideways are quenched for superior wear resistance and excellent dimensional stability. All operating parameters are displayed on digital instruments (the CNC control station is located on the side of the central oil distributor), enabling safe, quick, and stable workpiece clamping and operation. This machine tool is widely used in industries such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic machinery, high-pressure boiler tubes, petroleum, defense, steel, power generation, and aerospace.
