The dimensions of the cutting tool, guide block, and burnishing mechanism can be adjusted separately, conveniently, and quickly. After machining is completed, pneumatic control of the scraping tool holder ensures that the machined surface is not damaged.
By employing a highly efficient patented combination design that integrates fine scraping and roll-pressing into a dual-process operation, this system can complete the machining of steel tubes in a single pass, significantly boosting processing efficiency—more than 20 times that of conventional honing and 5 to 10 times that of standard deep-hole boring machines—while also extending tool life.
After machining, the surface hardness increases by approximately 30%, dimensional accuracy can reach IT80 or better, and surface roughness can be as low as Ra 0.05–0.2 µm.
Enhancing fit accuracy, reducing wear, and extending component service life—after roller burnishing, hydraulic cylinders exhibit superior corrosion and wear resistance, with a mirror-smooth surface that can prolong the service life of seals and sealing elements.

Processing method

Scrape during forward motion and burnish during reverse motion.
The system’s front end is equipped with two sets of scraping blades, enabling high-precision control of dimensions and geometry, and four sets of guide blocks for optimal guidance, ensuring more balanced scraping. During burnishing, the blades are pneumatically retracted to prevent tool-induced damage to the workpiece.
