This machine tool is part of our CZK series of large-scale CNC horizontal turning and boring lathes, featuring the following characteristics: a feed carriage and boring-spindle support are mounted on the upper portion of the bed, enabling the clamping of a boring spindle with a maximum diameter of Φ500 to perform boring operations; additionally, the installation of a slide box, tool post, and carriage allows the machine to function as a conventional lathe.

This machine tool is part of our CZK series of large-scale CNC horizontal turning and boring lathes, featuring the following characteristics: the upper portion of the bed is equipped with a feed carriage and a boring-bar support, capable of mounting a boring bar up to Φ500 for internal-bore machining; the installation of a slide box, tool post, and carriage enables conventional turning operations. The bed incorporates an integral two-, three-, or four-way guideway configuration, with the guideways subjected to medium-frequency quenching; the spindle head features a through-spindle design, achieving a maximum spindle speed of 225 r/min. The machine is outfitted with a boring-bar support and feed carriage specifically for push-boring, enabling internal-bore push-boring operations. The CNC system—available from brands such as KND and Siemens—is mounted in a cantilever configuration on a central support pedestal, while the main spindle motor is a Shanghai Meishike spindle servo motor. This machine is primarily used for machining various rotary components, including external cylindrical surfaces, end faces, grooving, taper turning, arc profiling, curved-surface machining, thread turning, boring, blanking, and drilling.
