1. Machine bed. The scraped and honed machine bed is a fundamental component of the machine tool, and its rigidity directly affects the overall machining performance and accuracy of the machine. The bed is cast from high-quality gray cast iron, offering excellent appearance and strength; its rib layout is optimized, with secondary reinforcing ribs that confer outstanding stiffness, vibration resistance, and resistance to cross-sectional distortion. The bed adopts a split, assembled structure, and the guideways are subjected to medium-frequency quenching and grinding, ensuring superior wear resistance and dimensional stability. The guideways feature a dual-flat configuration.

2. Drill Rod Box. The drill rod box of the scraping and burnishing machine tool features an integral structure. The spindle is driven by an AC spindle motor via a narrow V-belt and a speed-changing mechanism, with a speed range of 3–1,000 r/min. The main motor is an AC spindle motor, and hydraulic stepless speed regulation is employed. The selection of spindle speed can be determined based on factors such as workpiece material, hardness, and whether the cutting tool exhibits chip-breaking characteristics.

3. Feed System. The rear half of the machine tool is equipped with a high-precision ball screw feed box from Taiwan, which is used for tool feed. The front half of the machine tool is fitted with a T-slot lead screw feed box, which is used for workpiece positioning and clamping.
