During operation, the scraping and burnishing machine may experience poor chip evacuation. To address this issue, adjust the lubricant-to-water mixing ratio, increase the coolant flow rate, and regulate the fluid pressure; however, after closing the mixing valve, ensure that the hydraulic line pressure is maintained within the range of 2.5 to 3.1 MPa. After replacing the cutting tool, inspect the cutting conditions and make appropriate adjustments to the cutting parameters. Subsequently, check whether the tool exit holes on the scraping and burnishing machine are blocked; if necessary, regrind the tool. Also, verify the gas pressure, keeping the lower limit below 5 kg/cm² and increasing it for holes smaller than 10 mm.
